The 2026 Shoalwater 23 Cat is a 23-foot catamaran-style bay boat built on a fiberglass hull and powered by a single 250 hp Yamaha engine. Its narrow beam and shallow-draft design suit inshore fishing and recreational boating in shallow waters. The boat comes finished in white with seafoam accents.

The layout centers on an open cockpit with a stainless steel console housing a livewell, bucket seating with slides, and hydraulic tilt steering. A hybrid hardtop with flush lids provides weather protection. Storage compartments occupy the front and rear, while a rear livewell with pump and screen supports live bait management. The fuel system includes a 61-gallon capacity cell with remote fill.

Practical features include a Bob's hydraulic jackplate for shallow-water operation, Lenco trim tabs for performance control, a tall burn bar, and Pro Air ventilation. The boat rides on custom aluminum wheels and comes with an aluminum trailer for transport.
