The Silent SY62 is a 62-foot solar-electric catamaran built entirely around zero-emission cruising. Twin electric motors deliver 328 kW of continuous power, drawing from a 354 kWh lithium battery bank paired with an extensive solar array. This setup enables independent operation at cruising speeds of 6 to 7 knots, with a maximum speed of 12 knots at half load, while producing no noise or exhaust. An optional range extender adds 130 kW of auxiliary power for extended passages.
The yacht accommodates four cabins and four heads across a beam of nearly 30 feet, with flexible deck configurations available. The master cabin can be configured as a private lounge or onboard workspace. Deck layouts span three options: a two-deck version with retractable roof and integrated helm, or two three-deck variants—one open with a full flybridge, the other closed with an optional sky lounge or private owner's deck. All configurations emphasize 360-degree visibility and abundant space for entertaining or relaxation.
Water systems include up to 2,200 liters of fresh capacity and grey and black water tanks scaled for extended cruising independence. Fuel capacity of up to 1,900 liters supports the auxiliary systems. The broad, stable hull and minimalist interior design create a quiet, unhurried environment suited to both family gathering and professional use at sea.
