The 2026 Sportsman Open 232 is a 23-foot center console built on a fully composite fiberglass hull with no wood construction. Powered by a Yamaha SHO 250-horsepower engine, it combines capable performance with fuel efficiency. The boat features Seakeeper Ride technology, a gyroscopic system that reduces pitch and roll for a smoother ride in varied conditions.

The layout balances fishing and cruising comfort. Forward seating wraps around the bow with removable backrests, while a dual-chair leaning post with bolsters occupies the helm area. Below deck, a 25-gallon insulated livewell, rod storage with Gemlux holders, and insulated coolers serve fishermen. A porcelain head with pump-out and abundant storage throughout the cabin accommodate a full crew.

Electronics and convenience systems include a Garmin 12-inch GPSMAP chartplotter with Wi-Fi connectivity and a Garmin Apollo stereo.
