The 2026 Sun Tracker Bass Buggy 16 XL Select is a seven-passenger fishing pontoon with an 18.42-foot aluminum hull powered by a single 50 hp Mercury Marine engine. This model represents a redesigned iteration of the original fishing pontoon, incorporating updated styling and expanded functional features throughout the boat.

The cabin layout includes a new console design paired with updated lounge seating. A driver's seat sits forward of the console, which features an integral rod holder. Two folding fishing seats provide shaded casting positions beneath a standard 7-foot bimini top. Storage has been increased by three cubic feet through redesigned backrest cutouts, while the layout adds phone compartments and four additional cupholders throughout the boat.
