The 2026 Sun Tracker Bass Buggy 16 XL Select is an 18-foot aluminum fishing pontoon powered by a single 50-horsepower Mercury Marine engine. Built to accommodate seven passengers, this pontoon combines fishing-focused design with practical day-boat amenities.

The layout features a driver console with integrated rod holder and front-facing seat, paired with two folding fishing seats positioned under a standard 7-foot bimini top for shade while casting. Storage has been increased with backrest cut-outs providing three additional cubic feet of space. The console and lounge areas have been redesigned for the 2026 model year, and the boat includes phone compartments and four cupholders throughout.

At 18 feet 5 inches long and 8 feet wide, this pontoon is sized for both fishing and general recreation on inland waters.
