The 2026 Sun Tracker Bass Buggy 16 XL Select is an 18.4-foot fishing pontoon built on an aluminum hull and powered by a single 50 hp Mercury Marine engine. It seats seven passengers and carries the heritage of the original Bass Buggy line, which pioneered the fishing pontoon category.

The boat features a redesigned console and lounge layout with a new forward-facing seat positioned ahead of the driver console. Storage has been expanded with three additional cubic feet of space integrated into the backrest design. The driver console includes a dedicated rod holder and is paired with two folding fishing seats positioned under a standard 7-foot bimini top for shade while casting.
