2026 Sun Tracker Bass Buggy 16 XL Select

The 2026 Sun Tracker Bass Buggy 16 XL Select is a completely redesigned pontoon fishing boat measuring 18 feet 5 inches in length with an 8-foot beam, powered by a Mercury 50 ELPT FourStroke engine. The deck spans 16 feet long and 8 feet wide, providing a spacious, stable platform for fishing and recreation. The boat features a 7-foot black polyester Bimini top with an easy-to-use manual deployment system, wraparound tinted windscreen, and a Wet Sounds stereo with Bluetooth connectivity and two 6.5-inch speakers.

The fishing setup includes two removable and folding chairs with heavy-duty pedestals mounted forward, and a forward-console 9-gallon aerated livewell with shutoff valve and rod storage. Three gates provide quick water access, and the aft platform is fitted with a stainless-steel telescopic reboarding ladder and grab rails. The aft L-lounge offers comfortable seating with storage below.

The boat is built with new marine-grade woven flooring throughout and UV-resistant, top-coated upholstery featuring multiple foam densities. The pontoon logs are 24 inches in diameter with high-buoyancy multichambered construction, and the motor pod is all-welded aluminum with an extended design. The hull comes with NMMA certification and carries a 10-year bow-to-stern warranty plus limited lifetime coverage on structural and deck components.

Available colors include Copper Red, Indigo Blue, and Charcoal. An optional single-axle Trailstar trailer is available, as is a snapless mooring cover.
