The 2026 Sun Tracker Bass Buggy 16 XL Select is an 18.4-foot aluminum pontoon powered by a single 50-horsepower Mercury Marine engine. Built for fishing and recreation, this seven-passenger boat carries the legacy of the original Bass Buggy line with a refreshed design for the new model year.

The layout includes a driver console with an integrated rod holder and adjacent seating. A standard 7-foot bimini top provides shade over the fishing area, where two folding fishing seats are positioned for casting. The redesigned console and lounge seating have been updated with new styling, and storage has been increased through backrest cutouts that add three cubic feet of capacity. Additional amenities include a front console seat, phone compartments, and four cupholders distributed throughout the boat.

The 8-foot beam supports the open layout typical of fishing pontoons, offering room to move and work lines. The aluminum hull construction is standard for the class and model year.
