The 2026 Sun Tracker Bass Buggy 16 XL Select is a seven-passenger fishing pontoon built on an aluminum hull, powered by a single 50 hp Mercury Marine engine. At 18.42 feet long and 8 feet wide, it combines the heritage of the original fishing pontoon with a redesigned layout featuring updated console and lounge styling.

The boat accommodates anglers with two folding fishing seats positioned under a standard 7-foot bimini top, and a driver console outfitted with a rod holder. The redesign incorporates a front console seat, phone compartments, and eight cupholders throughout. Storage capacity increased by three cubic feet thanks to integrated cutouts in the backrest design.
