The 2026 Sun Tracker Bass Buggy 16 XL Select is an 18.4-foot aluminum pontoon powered by a single 50-horsepower Mercury Marine engine. Built on the foundation of the original fishing pontoon design, this model introduces a refreshed aesthetic alongside expanded functionality for anglers.

The boat seats seven and features a redesigned console and lounge layout. Two folding fishing seats sit beneath a standard 7-foot bimini top, offering shade while casting. The driver console includes a dedicated rod holder and is accompanied by a forward-facing seat. Storage has been increased by three cubic feet through integrated backrest cutouts, while four additional cupholders and phone compartments are distributed throughout the boat.
