The 2026 Sun Tracker Bass Buggy 18 DLX is a 20-foot aluminum pontoon built for fishing and recreation. Powered by a Mercury 75 horsepower four-stroke outboard, the boat features dual fishing decks designed to accommodate up to eight people. The design centers on functionality with a forward-console aerated livewell and an aft aerated livewell with baitwell capability, both equipped with shutoff valves. Storage compartments throughout the boat include rod holders, drink holders, and accessible battery storage.

The console features a wraparound sport shroud with tinted windscreen, driver-side vertical rod holder, and integrated storage. Four removable and folding fishing chairs with heavy-duty pedestals provide flexible seating, while aft L-lounge couches offer additional comfort with underseat storage. A new 9-foot Bimini top with LED courtesy lights and protective boot provides weather protection, and a rear boarding platform with a four-step telescoping ladder and grab rails ensures safe access.

The pontoon is constructed with 24-inch-diameter multichambered pontoon logs and features full-length longitudinal M-bracket deck supports combined with heavy-duty extruded Z-bar supports. The all-welded aluminum motor pod incorporates an EPA-compliant fuel system. Safety equipment includes integrated LED navigation and anchor lights, fire extinguisher, horn, and motor-stop safety lanyard. A port wheelchair-accessible gate accommodates users with mobility considerations.

The boat comes equipped with stainless steel mooring cleats and a marine-grade electrical system with water-resistant connectors. Available color options include Copper Red, Indigo Blue, and Charcoal with new graphics and redesigned fencing featuring high-sheen finish.
