The 2026 Sun Tracker Bass Buggy 18 DLX is a 20-foot aluminum pontoon built for fishing, powered by a Mercury 75 FourStroke engine. The hull sits on 24-inch diameter multichambered pontoon logs with full-length longitudinal M-bracket deck supports and heavy-duty extruded Z-bar reinforcement, all thru-bolted for structural rigidity. An all-welded, all-aluminum extended motor pod houses the EPA-compliant fuel system.
The layout prioritizes fishing access and storage. The front fishing station features two pedestal seat locations with rail-mounted rod and tool holders, plus a starboard storage compartment with rod and drink holders. The driver console includes a vertical rod holder, integrated storage, and drink holders, with 4:2 ratio no-feedback steering and a sport steering wheel. Four removable and folding fishing chairs on heavy-duty pedestals offer flexible seating throughout the deck. New port and starboard storage compartments with rod and drink holders flank the console, and aft L-lounge couches provide additional seating with underseat storage.
Two aerated livewells keep bait and catches fresh: a forward 9-gallon livewell with shutoff valve and an aft 8-gallon livewell with shutoff valve, drink holder, rod holder, composite lid, and fish ruler. The wraparound sport console shroud and tinted windscreen protect occupants. Elevated fence panels promote deck drainage and ventilation, while new high-sheen fencing and graphics enhance the exterior. The electrical system uses marine-grade fusing, abrasion-resistant wire wrap, and water-resistant connectors.
The boat comes equipped with a Lowrance Eagle 4x fishfinder, Minn Kota PowerDrive 12V trolling motor with 55-pound thrust and foot control, a quick-release bracket, and a boat cover.
