The 2026 Tidewater 2500 Carolina Bay is a 25-foot center console built for serious fishing and coastal running. Powered by a Yamaha F250XB outboard, the boat features a full white hull with a matching hard top and console. Navigation and engine monitoring are handled by Simrad electronics and Yamaha CL5 gauges on an NMEA 2K network, with SeaStar hydraulic steering and power assist for confident helm control.

The layout prioritizes angler comfort and functionality. The console includes a bow seat with cushions and backrest, while the stern accommodates multiple anglers with a flip-up bench seat and jump seats to port and starboard. A deluxe drop bolster leaning post provides elevated sightlines. Twin 30-gallon insulated stern livewells and a 12-gallon bow livewell keep bait and catch fresh. A trolling motor plug is integrated into the design.
