2026 Tidewater 2700 Carolina Bay

The 2700 Carolina Bay is a 27-foot center console bay boat built on a fiberglass hull with a Bahama Blue bottom and white topsides. It measures 9 feet 4 inches across the beam and displaces approximately 4,100 pounds. Power comes from twin Yamaha F 300 XSB outboards paired with a Yamaha digital electronic steering system and a 10-inch jack plate for shallow-water operation. A recessed windlass with 200 feet of rode, trim tabs, and dual fiberglass swim platforms with ladder access support serious fishing and cruising capability.

The console layout centers on a walk-in design with a passenger footrest, black dash panel, and a Lewmar 13.5-inch steering wheel. Navigation relies on a Garmin GPSMAP 1243xsv, a Garmin GT12M-THF thru-hull transducer with 350-watt 20-degree CHIRP sonar, and a Garmin 215 AIS VHF radio. The boat runs an NMEA 2000 network and a Yamaha CL5 gauge cluster. A fiberglass T-top with glass enclosure and white hard top overhead includes a bow sun shade with rod holders and a pair of King Fish rod holders.

Seating spans the boat with white cushions and black stitching throughout. The console holds a bow seat with magnetic cushions and backrests, while the stern features a flip-up bench seat and flip-up jump seats on the port and starboard sides.
