The 2026 Tidewater 2700 Carolina Bay is a 27-foot center console built on a stepped fiberglass hull designed for bay and offshore fishing. It's powered by twin Yamaha F300XSB2 four-stroke engines with digital fuel injection and drive-by-wire controls, delivering responsive handling and reliability. The boat features a wide 9-foot, 4-inch beam that provides stability and interior space, making it capable across a range of water conditions.

The helm is outfitted with a Helm Master EX Level Four system including six-by-nine binnacle, autopilot, and joystick controls, paired with dual 12-inch Garmin GPSMAP touchscreens and a Garmin 215 AIS VHF radio. Additional navigation includes a GT12M thru-hull transducer and a compass. Power poles and a Minn Kota Riptide 115-volt trolling motor with i-Pilot technology support precision positioning, backed by a three-bank charger and triple battery switch.

Fishing and comfort amenities include a super deluxe lean post with livewell aquarium, aerated livewells of 30 and 12 gallons, a recessed anchor windlass system, and fresh water shower with raw water washdown. The boat has trim tabs with indicators, dual hydraulic jackplate, and an enclosed cabin space with AVS glass enclosure and power-actuated windshield vent.
