The 2026 Triton 18 TrX is an 18-foot bay boat built for serious fishing without compromise. Powered by a Mercury 200 ProXS FourStroke engine, it combines a compact footprint with an ultra-stable 7.8-foot beam—matching the width of Triton's largest models. The design prioritizes deck space and storage, making it agile enough to navigate shallow water while maintaining the stability needed for tournament performance.
The layout centers on fishing capability. A high-capacity rear insulated livewell with divider and three 800 gph pumps (aerator, recirculation, and pumpout) keeps bait and catch fresh. The front deck holds two retractable rod buckles, drink and bait holders, and oversized rod lockers. A 1-bike pedestal seat and a Centric II passenger seat provide positioning flexibility. Console features include an extended driver's legroom, padded dash with full gauges (tachometer, speedometer, fuel, water pressure, trim, voltmeter), and a center coinbox. A built-in ice chest fits into the front-deck step for convenience.
Standard equipment reflects both fishing and safety priorities. Electronics include LED bow navigation lights, removable stern light, and a Plexiglass tinted windshield. Stainless steel hardware—bow and transom eyes, pull-up cleats, and capped fittings—provides durability. Non-skid surfaces cover bow and aft steps, and an automatic and electric bilge pump system ensures redundancy. All construction is composite with upright and level flotation.
The included trailer features a channel steel frame with swing tongue, disc brakes on all axles, Vault hubs with 10-year warranty, balanced radial tires on custom aluminum wheels, and a spare wheel and tire. LED trailer lights, swivel jack stand, and ratchet tie-downs complete the setup for easy transport and launch.
