The 2026 Xpress HD16DB is a 16-foot aluminum runabout built on an all-welded construction with a hydro-dynamic hull and longitudinal rib design. The boat features unibody injected foam construction for durability and flotation. Power comes from a single gasoline engine, and the boat rides on a full aluminum floor with welded center keel for stability.

The cabin layout centers on practical fishing and boating use. A livewell sits in the front deck, with lockable storage compartments including a lowered front deck locker and a welded-in gun box. The rear deck is enclosed and features a K-style design. An Xpress accessory rail runs along the gunwales for rigging options.
