2026 Yamaha Boats 222XD

The 2026 Yamaha 222XD is a 22-foot wake boat powered by twin 1.9-liter High Output Yamaha Marine engines producing 360 combined horsepower. The jet propulsion system delivers rapid acceleration and reaches top speeds of 50 mph, with DRiVE technology providing precise low-speed control and docking capability. A 70-gallon fuel tank supports extended time on the water.

The boat's primary feature is its SurfPointe wakesurf system, which combines a custom hull design, internal ballast tanks, and electric WakeBoosters to generate a consistent, surfable wake. Riders can save individual profiles with preferred speed, ballast levels, and side selection. WakeBoosters deploy via pushbutton control on the 12.3-inch Connext touchscreen, Yamaha's largest display, which also manages seven Wet Sounds speakers with Bluetooth and auxiliary inputs.

The helm integrates the touchscreen into a minimalistic floating design, with remote control available from the swim platform. A forward-swept aluminum tower includes board racks, integrated speakers, and a tow hook for watersports. The removable tower seats and two in-water seats on the spacious swim platform accommodate social use.

Interior layout features four-tone upholstery in mixed patterns throughout the cockpit and bow, with Marine Mat decking affixed in key areas and snap-in floor mats in the cockpit. A removable dinette table with pedestal mounts serves both the cockpit and stern. The 222XD accommodates 10 persons, measures 8'6" beam, and has a dry weight of 4,118 pounds.
