2026 Yamaha Boats 255XD

The 2026 Yamaha 255XD is a 24.5-foot jet-powered wakesurf cruiser built around Yamaha's DRiVE X technology and a single 1812cc engine producing 500 horsepower combined. The boat features a wake-enhancing hull design, an aluminum folding wakeboard tower with integrated tow hook, and an electric WakeBooster system. A 12.3-inch Connext touchscreen with mapping, drive-by-wire technology, and Cruise Assist form the core of the helm, while a three-position No Wake Mode and Quiet Cruise technology manage operation across different conditions.

The layout combines cockpit comfort with entertaining space. A tilt-adjustable steering wheel, dual captain's chairs with the passenger side featuring a flip-up bolster, and a portside entertainment area define the helm. The bow includes a walk-through door, removable dinette table, bow filler inserts for flexible seating, and a ski locker. An enclosed head compartment with wardrobe storage and upholstered interior sits forward, paired with a galley featuring a stow-in-place table.

The stern prioritizes water access and social space: an integrated swim platform with cushioned seating and backrests, a telescopic reboarding ladder, and a wet storage locker. Seven premium Hertz cabin speakers and two tower speakers support a stern stereo remote. Standard features include an integrated ballast system, dual battery setup, stainless steel bow rails and cleats, an extended Bimini top, docking and courtesy deck lighting, and an underwater light.

The boat comes with a painted trailer fitted with a swing-away tongue and spare tire. The fuel capacity is 75 gallons; premium unleaded is recommended. One wireless charging point is integrated into the helm.
