The Everglades 273 Center Console is a 27-foot fiberglass center console powered by a single 600-horsepower Yamaha outboard. Built using Everglades' patented closed-molded RAMCAP® construction, the hull features variable deadrise deep-V design with high-density closed-cell structural foam flotation and comes backed by an unsinkable lifetime hull warranty. The boat seats up to nine across the bow, console, helm, and stern, with the stern seats featuring a folding backrest that converts to a casting platform.
Fishing capability is central to the design. The boat includes an 82-gallon forward fishbox, a 31-gallon circulating livewell with clear acrylic lid, six rod and cup holders, two under-gunwale rod racks per side, and lockable rod storage. Additional features include a 97-quart forward cooler, 45-quart aft cooler, and raw-water and fresh-water washdown spigots. The self-bailing cockpit spans 108 square feet and features recessed drains, stainless steel cleats, and full LED lighting throughout.
The helm is equipped with a stainless steel steering wheel, molded-in fiberglass footrest, hydraulic sliding windshield with tempered glass, compass, and integrated power and USB charging ports. A fiberglass hardtop with aluminum frame provides shade and houses LED spreader lights, electronics box, and four rod holders, while the boat's 200-foot anchor line, full spectrum LED lighting, and stainless steel hardware throughout support extended time on the water. The fuel capacity is 157 gallons, with fresh water capacity of 20 gallons. Stainless steel trim tabs with position indicator and auto-retract function are standard, as are separate engine-start and house battery banks with charging systems.
