The 2027 Phoenix 921 Elite X II is a 21.5-foot fiberglass bay boat powered by a single 250 hp Yamaha engine. Built around angler functionality, it combines the speed and performance characteristics of Phoenix's Pro XP series with a raised deck layout and fisherman-focused design. The bow features an industry-specific design that accommodates large transducers flush-mounted or stacked, with an all-fiberglass insert available for forward-looking sonar technology.

The boat is equipped with dual Lowrance HDS 9 Pro systems—one flush-mounted in the bow and one at a fiberglass dual-dash console—along with NMEA integration, Active Image HD 2-in-1 transducers, and a Minn Kota Fortrex 112 36V trolling motor with 45-inch shaft. A 12-inch adjustable jack plate with hole shot capability, hydraulic tilt steering, and black hot foot deliver performance control. All composite construction keeps weight minimal.

The layout prioritizes fishing efficiency with independent port and starboard livewell systems, rod storage on the front deck with buckles, a passenger seat rod box with rod ramp, and under-seat net storage.
