The 2027 Regal 38 SAV is a 39-foot sports activity vessel built on a fiberglass hull, powered by triple Mercury 5.7L V10 425 Verado gasoline engines. The Mediterranean blue hull pairs with a white bottom, matched boot stripe, and grey reFLEX cockpit sole and swim platform. At just under 12 feet of beam, the boat balances sporting capability with day-cruising comfort and overnight accommodation.

The layout centers on a flexible open-air and covered entertaining space, with an ultralounge featuring slide-away seating and a manual bow sunshade. A mid-cabin sleeps overnight guests, and one head serves the accommodation. Cockpit amenities include dual televisions, a second refrigerator, and the JL Audio ultimate audio package.
