1931 Bonin SLOOP

A 1931 Bonin sloop designed by architect Talma Bertrand, known for his international-class yacht designs. Originally commissioned as a yawl-rigged vessel, the boat was converted to a Marconi sloop in 1958. The wooden hull measures 58.4 feet in length with an 11.75-foot beam and is powered by a 70-horsepower Perkins diesel engine.

The boat accommodates one cabin and one head. Below deck provides functional living space suited to both cruising and racing.

The sloop has an extensive history of Mediterranean participation in classic regattas over more than four decades. Originally built for Atlantic voyages, it relocated to the Mediterranean in the 1960s and has been based in Marseille. The yacht is registered as a heritage vessel of cultural interest.
