1937 Chris-Craft 18 Runabout

This 1937 Chris-Craft 18 Runabout is a classic wooden twin-cockpit runabout powered by a 130-horsepower Chris-Craft engine. The boat measures 18 feet in length with an 11-foot-7-inch beam, offering the proportions characteristic of the era's recreational runabouts.

The hull bottom was replaced in 2000. The boat received a complete professional revarnish in March 2022, at which time the engine was removed, serviced, and repainted along with a full repaint of the bilge. Traditional-style cushions were installed in 2019. The boat has been maintained through multiple restorations over the years to preserve its original character.

The runabout was in active use in fresh water and operates in good running condition.
