This 1938 Kettenburg Express Cruiser is a 30-foot wooden yacht built by the storied San Diego boat works. The hull is solid carvel-planked mahogany over oak framing with bronze fasteners, finished in Awlgrip LP paint with fresh bottom paint applied. Power comes from a single 70-horsepower Yanmar turbo diesel engine, delivering a cruising speed of 10 knots and a maximum speed of 13 knots.
