This 1947 custom cutter marconi is a wooden sailing yacht built to traditional designs and completed at the Vernazza shipyard, earning it the name "Vernazza IF." Constructed from oak and mahogany, it measures approximately 34 feet in length with a beam of 9 feet and a draft of 6 feet, presenting the refined and balanced profile characteristic of classic Mediterranean sailing yachts.
The boat features a marconi cutter rig, wooden deck, and original interior appointments that define its character. A single Volvo Penta diesel engine of 29.5 horsepower provides auxiliary power. The yacht has been designated a historic monument since 2007 and continues to sail, representing active preservation of maritime heritage.
The hull underwent complete restoration at the Robin shipyard in 2005 and again in 2012. The boat is offered in its current condition.
