1960 Custom Boathouse

The boat well accommodates vessels up to 13 feet wide and 40 feet deep, with barn doors standing 13 feet tall and wide to allow access for larger cruisers and sport boats. The structure features wood log floats, wood stringers, and 2x4 framed construction.

The boathouse includes utilities with both power and water service, interior lighting, and additional space suitable for storage or workspace. Access across the stable deck is straightforward, with secure dock lines and design features that work well for various hull types.
