1962 Hinckley Bermuda 40

The 1962 Hinckley Bermuda 40 is a classic fiberglass sailing yacht with the graceful lines and seaworthiness that defined the design. At 40 feet 9 inches in length with an 11-foot 9-inch beam, she delivers the proportions and handling characteristics Hinckley built into the model. A single 40-horsepower Westerbeke diesel engine provides auxiliary power.

The yacht has been maintained throughout her life and launched and actively sailed each year rather than stored ashore seasonally. In the winter of 2023, the engine underwent an extensive rebuild. The boat accommodates one head and multiple berths across her interior layout.
