This 1964 Bertram 31 Sportfisher was comprehensively restored from the hull up in 2019. The fiberglass hull received new Awlgrip paint throughout, inside and out. Twin remanufactured Mercruiser 496 HO engines deliver 850 horsepower total, paired with two new Velvet Drive transmissions, capable of cruising at 28 knots and reaching 34 knots at top speed.
The boat features custom stainless steel work including a bimini top and cockpit sunshade. The flybridge helm includes a new shock-absorbing air ride chair, while the lower helm also received new gauges. All thru-hulls, fuel lines, and the aluminum fuel tank were replaced, along with new Morse controls and rechromed fittings throughout.
The cabin was rebuilt with new solid teak cabinetry, fresh headliner, and a new mattress. A new head and all-new upholstery complete the interior refresh. The electrical system is largely new, though not entirely.
Deck equipment includes a fighting chair, outriggers, a bow pulpit with new windlass, oversized anchor with 200 feet of chain, and a freshwater washdown system.
