This 1967 Finnclipper 35 is a steel-hulled convertible built in Finland, measuring 10.85 metres long with a 3.2-metre beam. The boat is powered by a Perkins 4.236M four-cylinder diesel engine producing 75 horsepower, which was overhauled in 2019. With just 448 engine hours on the log, it runs through a hydraulic coupling and features hydraulic steering, wet exhaust, and a propeller shaft with grease lubrication. The steel fuel tank holds 300 litres and the steel water tank 250 litres.
The single cabin sleeps five across the boat. The interior features solid mahogany joinery throughout, cork flooring, and blue fabric upholstery. Headroom reaches 1.90 metres in the saloon and wet cell, with 1.85 metres in the forward cabin and cabins. The forward cabin has a 2.0 by 0.80 metre double bed. The boat includes a galley with a two-burner stainless steel gas cooker, sink with tap, and a 45-litre Isotherm compressor refrigerator. The single wet cell is separated by a folding door and contains an electric toilet, washbasin, and storage.
The electrical system runs 12-volt power from a Victron Phoenix Smart Charger 50A with two 240 Ah batteries installed in 2021. Shore power connection is available with cable included. Navigation equipment comprises a Geonav GPS, Autohelm speed log, Plastimo compass, Simrad autopilot, and Vetus depth sounder. The instrument panel includes engine instrumentation across the full range. A Simrad autopilot is fitted.
Externally, the boat has a non-slip deck, cork-lined cockpit, and stainless steel swimming ladder, handrails with cable, cleats, and anchor. The wooden mast is collapsible. Equipment includes an electric windlass, diesel-fired Eberspächer heating, a hydrofoor, bilge pump, cockpit tent, fenders, and bumper rail. Anti-fouling was applied in 2023. Two fire extinguishers and cockpit cushions are aboard.
