The fiberglass hull is the original Drift-R-Cruz construction from 1969. The cabin features a practical layout suited to extended floating stays, with multiple heads accommodating regular use and visitors.

The sale includes two wooden docks with styrofoam flotation systems beneath them. The larger dock measures 31 feet long and includes a 10-foot-8-inch by 20-foot canopy; the second dock spans 24 feet 9 inches and has a 3-by-4-foot storage shed. The flotation supporting both docks will require replacement by 2031.
