The 1972 Chris-Craft XK-19 is a compact performance boat built during the model's brief 1970–1974 production window, when only 276 were made. Designed by Jim Wynne to challenge European sportboats, this fiberglass hull represents a specific era of American powerboat engineering aimed at speed and handling.

This boat carries the factory top-tier powertrain specification, indicated by the Hull ID "V" suffix. Power comes from a factory-original Chris-Craft High-Output FLV 350-cubic-inch Corvette V8 rated at 350 gross horsepower, paired with a Volvo Penta 270 I/O sterndrive.
