1972 Riva olimpic

This 1972 Riva Olimpic is a wooden motorboat designed as the successor to the Super Florida. At 21.5 feet in length and 7.4 feet of beam, it carries a single 220-horsepower Crusader gasoline engine that delivers a cruising speed of 30 knots and a maximum speed of 36 knots. The boat accommodates up to six people and has a cruising range of five hours, making it well-suited for day outings and water skiing.

The wooden hull has been maintained with care over the years. Work completed includes replacement of the bottom in 2012 and subsequent sanding and painting of all wooden surfaces, along with chromework restoration. The engine underwent a full overhaul in 2024. Following these works, the boat has seen minimal use and has operated exclusively in fresh water throughout its recent history.

This example remains entirely original and is accompanied by complete documentation from new. It represents a well-preserved example of a model produced in 274 units through 1979.
