A 1972 SeaCraft MA Potter, this 23-foot center console represents a fully realized restoration of a classic design. The boat has been extensively rebuilt and upgraded over decades, combining the original SeaCraft hull with modern systems and equipment throughout.
Power comes from a 2008 MerCruiser 350 MPI Horizon engine rated at 300 horsepower, paired with a 2008 Bravo One outdrive. The engine underwent major service in 2024, which included removal and complete transom assembly replacement, along with new oil pan, starter, exhaust elbows, impeller, sensors, filters, belt, and circulator pump. The bilge was cleaned and painted during reinstallation. A 2017 Venture dual-axle aluminum trailer is included.
The boat is equipped with dual Garmin 1243xsv displays, Garmin Phantom radar, an Airmar B175HW transducer, Icom M510 VHF radio, and Fusion Apollo stereo with speakers. Additional features include a custom T-top with acrylic dash, a Cutting Edge leaning post, and a new engine box cushion.
The hull and structural work reflect extensive attention: the bottom has been barrier-coated, stringers were re-glassed, hatches were recored, and the exterior received Awlgrip paint. A new rub rail, isinglass windshield, and Gemlux scuppers complete the updates. The boat carries comprehensive maintenance records documenting its restoration history.
