1972 Tollycraft 42 Tri-Cabin

The 1972 Tollycraft 42 Tri-Cabin is a fiberglass motor yacht powered by twin Cummins diesel engines totaling 740 horsepower. The boat features a full-beam swim platform with a transom door opening onto a spacious cockpit. The extended hull design improves seaworthiness and provides additional storage in the form of water-tight hatches below the swim platform.

The layout encompasses two cabins and two heads. The aft cabin is generously proportioned with an en-suite head and separate shower. The forward stateroom includes a V-berth, hanging locker, and cabinets, with its own head nearby. The main salon and galley occupy the central area with multiple entry points via custom cockpit doors and salon entrances on both port and starboard sides.

The flybridge is fully equipped with a helm station featuring two captain's chairs, a bimini top, and installed electronics. Substantial deck space and lazarette storage throughout the cockpit area provide practical working room. A SeaWise davit system is fitted for launching and recovering a tender with outboard motor, complete with running lights and electronics.

This yacht underwent a comprehensive two-year total refit. Brightwork and interior finishes have been carefully maintained, and soft goods throughout are in good condition.
