1973 Grand Banks 32 Sedan

This 1973 Grand Banks 32 Sedan is a fiberglass-hulled trawler powered by a Ford Lehman 120 hp inline 6 diesel engine paired with a Borg Warner AS3-710 transmission (2:1 gear ratio). The boat features cable and quadrant steering and carries a trawler mast for stability sail capability, though no sail is currently rigged.

The interior has been substantially refreshed. The main cabin received new ceiling shiplap, revarnishing, and a full repaint, along with custom cushions throughout. A new Force 10 propane 3-burner stove and oven with stainless steel gimbals were installed, and the boat includes refrigeration.

Recent maintenance includes a full engine service about a year ago with new oil and filters, a new heat exchanger, new battery charge regulator, and newer 12V batteries. The electrical bonding system has been repaired. The hull has been bottom-painted and receives regular monthly cleaning, with zincs replaced as needed throughout ownership.
