The 1974 Tollycraft 37 is a fiberglass sedan cruiser built on a proven Northwest hull design. Powered by twin Perkins diesel engines producing 240 horsepower each, the yacht measures 37 feet in length with a 13-foot beam and draws 3 feet. The hull has undergone systematic mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic rebuilding over five years, with major systems either replaced or comprehensively serviced.
The interior accommodates cruising with a master V-berth forward with ensuite head access, an enclosed shower, three-burner electric stove, and galley with ample storage. A second cabin provides additional berth space. The salon features newer windows updated in 2023, with full LED lighting throughout. Water tankage holds 120 gallons, fuel capacity is 240 gallons, and the holding tank is 10 gallons.
The electrical infrastructure has been rebuilt from the ground up with Victron components: a 2000W inverter/charger, battery monitor, and battery isolator allowing both engines to cross-charge the house bank. Six 6-volt Trojan batteries wired in series/parallel support the system alongside two new start batteries. Solar panels and a Northern Lights 5kW generator with sound shield provide additional power. Navigation and piloting equipment includes a Furuno NavNet TZtouch chartplotter, Furuno autopilot, Maretron network panel with dual displays, and three VHF radios.
Recent mechanical work includes fuel tank replacement, turbo rebuilds, new trim tabs, dripless shaft seals, replaced exhaust elbows, rebuilt hydraulic steering pump, and all seacocks serviced. Raw water and black water hoses were replaced, and a fuel system polisher was installed. The yacht carries an 8-foot tender on davits, a windlass with 275 feet of galvanized chain and 150 feet of nylon rode, and offers flybridge seating with new captain's chairs.
