A 1975 Grand Banks 36 Classic, this trawler is among the earliest fiberglass examples of the model. The boat was comprehensively renovated in 2018 and repowered with twin 170-horsepower Yanmar diesel engines, replacing the original 120-horsepower Fords. The upgrade delivers improved performance, with a maximum speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots—notably faster than comparable trawlers of its era.
The boat is equipped with modern navigation and safety systems including a chart plotter with sonar, radar, and autopilot. Dual 1600 BTU heat and air conditioning units maintain comfort underway. The sanitation system has been updated to eliminate the need for pump-out service. An extended swim deck and tender complete the setup.
