1975 Monark 30 Fishing Boat

This 1975 Monark 30 is a 30-foot aluminum workboat built with military durability and equipped for commercial fishing or utility operations. The all-welded deep-V hull features heavy push knees forward, a non-skid deck, and flush hatch access. A single Cummins QSL9 450 horsepower turbo diesel engine with only 62 hours of operation powers the boat through a ZF marine transmission, with keel cooling and a wet exhaust system featuring insulated lines. The fuel system includes dual Racor filters and a dual battery bank with master shut-offs.

The enclosed pilothouse spans the full width of the cabin with sliding side doors and offers commanding visibility from the helm. A labeled circuit breaker panel organizes the electrical system, and the dash provides clean access to wiring. The boat carries modern navigation and electronics: a Raymarine multifunction display with GPS and sonar, a SI-TEX radar system mounted on a radar arch, and a Raymarine VHF radio.

The open working deck is fitted for commercial crabbing or trap fishing, with a hydraulic pot hauler mounted on the port side forward and integrated controls at the helm.
