This 1976 Grand Banks 36 is a composite-hulled trawler built in Singapore. The white polyester hull is protected with Coppercoat antifouling. The boat has been owned by the same family for 27 years and was surveyed in June 2023, with the hull, shaft alignment, and rudders all in sound condition. The bilge remains dry.
The boat is powered by twin Ford Lehman engines producing 120 horsepower each, serving 1,500 litres of fuel capacity and 850 litres of fresh water. The electrical system includes 480 watts of solar panels, an MPPT regulator, a combined charger and inverter, and LED lighting throughout. Navigation electronics comprise a Furuno radar, Raymarine autopilot, Simrad VHF, and Furuno depth sounder.
Below deck, the saloon is spacious and well-lit with air conditioning. The galley features a three-burner gas cooker installed in 2020 and a Dometic refrigerator from 2022. Two cabins provide accommodation: the aft cabin has a double berth, electric head, and shower, while the forward cabin offers two bunks and a manual head.
Safety equipment includes a 12-person life raft within certification, six fire extinguishers, and lifejackets for ten adults and two children. A 2.4-metre polyester tender with a Yamaha outboard is included. All systems are functional and well-maintained, ready for extended cruising.
