This 1976 Sangermani Sangermani 62 is a wooden-hulled Bermudian ketch built in Lavagna. The yacht measures 62.6 feet in length with a 15.7-foot beam and cruises at 8.5 knots under power from a single Volvo Penta 175 hp diesel engine.
The accommodation spans four cabins and three heads. The master cabin at the stern contains a double and single berth with an ensuite bathroom. Two guest cabins share a bathroom—one with two single berths, the other with upper and lower berths. A crew cabin has a separate toilet. The main saloon seats eight and incorporates a navigation station and interior helm. The galley features a four-burner Alpes cooker and oven, main refrigerator, ice-maker, and washing machine, with a second refrigerator in the saloon.
Recent comprehensive refit work completed in 2025–26 included installation of a new Volvo Penta engine, 13 KW generator, bow thruster, and steering station. The electrical system was renewed with new batteries and wiring throughout. New sails, rigging, and forestay were fitted; the hull received fresh underwater paint and new seacocks. Engine room soundproofing and exhaust systems were installed. Shaft line, stern tube, and propeller maintenance were performed, with a new five-blade Max-Prop fitted in 2025. The hull and superstructure were repainted.
