1977 Bluewater Yachts Gulfstream 410

This 1977 Bluewater Yachts Gulfstream 410 is a 35-foot fiberglass cruiser built for both inland waterways and coastal exploration. Twin Crusader 220 engines (based on Chevy 305s) provide propulsion. The design prioritizes shallow-water capability, drawing as little as 23 inches and keeping the running gear protected in recessed pockets above the keel. A large flybridge with upper-deck controls offers command of the boat in fair or rough weather, while a lower-level bridge area serves as an alternative helm station.

The interior centers on an open floor plan with wood appointments throughout. The galley features an electric stove and oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and double sink, with generous cabinet storage. Forward is a double berth in the bow with an adjoining head that includes a shower, sink, and hot water from an 8-gallon heater. The main salon accommodates a sofa and occasional seating. The boat sleeps multiple people and functions well for overnight or extended cruising.

Comfort systems include three-zone CruiseAir air conditioning with reverse cycle heating, a Marinaire reverse-cycle unit, and a bilge blower. Deck amenities include a canvas bimini top on aluminum supports, trim tabs, and an electric windlass with anchor and chain rode controlled from the deck. The boat carries 15 adult and 3 child personal flotation devices. Systems include an automatic fire extinguisher in the engine room and three portable extinguishers, along with a ships bell and movable searchlight.

The boat was overhauled by Fox Chapel Marine in the 1990s and remains in dry storage. The generator turns over but does not start. A Marine Air raw water strainer and swim platform will need attention, and dewinterizing should be performed before returning to service. Engine hours show approximately 900 on the dash.
