This 1977 Trojan F-28 is a 28-foot fiberglass cruiser with a 12-foot beam, powered by twin Chrysler 318 engines totaling 450 horsepower and capable of 32 knots. The twin engines feature updated Edelbrock carburetors, electronic ignition systems with copper spark plug wires, and newer Acme propellers, with original propellers retained as spares. The boat rides on a hydraulic steering system and sits on a newer bottom paint with E2000 base coat.
The interior has been comprehensively updated with new marine-grade vinyl, fully re-upholstered cabin cushions with new foam, and all refinished woodwork including custom trim and a teak and holly table. The bridge enclosure dates to six years ago and remains in excellent condition, as do all canvas tops. Equipment includes a Garmin GPS/sounder with down view, stereo system with six speakers and 100-watt amplifier, AC power inverter, newer three-bank battery charger, four batteries (two starter group 24, two house group 27), and updated gauges at the helm.
The boat features a St. Croix removable davit system for tender handling, a large round Magma kettle grill with removable rail mount, and an underwater light beneath the swim platform. The fiberglass hull and topside finishes are in sound condition throughout.
