This 1978 CHB 35 is a 34-foot fiberglass trawler built for extended cruising and comfortable living aboard. Powered by a 120 hp Ford Lehman diesel engine, it has solid range with 300 gallons of fuel capacity and is equipped with a Northern Light generator that shows 768 hours of service.
The boat has been substantially upgraded over the past five years. The teak decks, which had leaked and suffered core rot, were removed and replaced with fiberglass decks featuring nonskid surface. The galley received a new sink, faucet, and tile countertop. Both heads were updated with new counters, toilets, and faucets, and both retain the option to be converted to wet heads. All cushions and upholstery in the two cabins and salon have been replaced.
Structural work included repainting and sealing the engine room and bilge. The fuel tanks were repaired and reinstalled as part of this refresh. The boat is ready for cruising or living aboard.
