This 1978 Lazy Days houseboat spans 57 feet with a 14-foot beam and sits on an aluminum hull. The Sportsman low bow design supports a flybridge equipped with dual controls and dual bimini tops with new canvas, accessed via an interior hatch and ladder. Twin 225-horsepower Mercruiser V-8 engines and an Onan 10.0 kilowatt generator power the boat.
The interior holds two queen bedrooms—a master suite and guest cabin—along with one-and-a-half bathrooms featuring a head, vanities, and a shower-tub combination in the master. The galley includes stainless-steel appliances: a 30-inch electric range with oven, microwave, full-size dishwasher, and a new side-by-side refrigerator-freezer with ice and water dispensers. Wood flooring runs throughout. The main salon offers a galley bar, glass high-top table with seating for four, a sofa, chair, and flat-screen televisions in both the salon and master bedroom. A new 24-inch stacked washer-dryer unit is installed.
Climate control includes new central heat and air conditioning on the aft deck, installed in 2023. Stereo speakers are fitted in the salon. The boat sits beneath a Tom West roof and features front and top deck furniture.
Engine service was completed in 2025, and a full outdrive service was performed in February 2022. The bimini canvas is new.
