1979 Chris-Craft 45 TF

This 45-foot Chris-Craft sportfish is powered by twin Detroit Diesel engines producing 850 horsepower, delivering a cruising speed of 18 knots and a maximum speed of 24 knots. Built in 1979 with a fiberglass hull and 16-foot-6-inch beam, she represents a well-regarded example of her model class.

The boat was comprehensively rebuilt following its 2005 acquisition, and by 2007 had been restored to showroom condition. She was actively fished in the Great Lakes during that period and has accumulated considerable experience on the water.

More recently, the yacht has seen lighter use and has not received consistent cosmetic maintenance. The teak and wood surfaces show weathering that would benefit from refinishing, and there are some minor operational issues that do not impact her ability to cruise and fish. The core systems remain functional.
