1979 Custom Tai Chiao bros

This 45-foot trawler features a solid fiberglass hull built by Tai Chiao Bros and custom finished, with a displacement shape designed for stability. Twin Detroit 4/53 diesel inboards, each rated at 80 hp, deliver a cruising speed of 7 knots and a maximum speed of 10 knots.

The accommodations comprise two cabins and one head, suitable for extended cruising or liveaboard use. The galley is equipped with a propane stove and oven, and refrigeration operates on both 12-volt and 110-volt systems. An electric windlass, dinghy lift, and swim ladder are installed.

Recent upgrades include new electronics with a 12-inch Humminbird plotter and depthsounder, newer batteries, new lighting, and upgraded wiring throughout. The heating and hot water system is a Hurricane II model. The engines have approximately 5,000 hours of service time.
