1979 Custom Weekender
About This Yacht
This 1979 Custom Weekender is a 24-foot fiberglass cruiser rebuilt from the ground up between 2019 and 2020. The hull and structural components were restored, including new stringers and transom work. Power comes from a MAG 350 engine with 30 hours of running time, paired with a new Generation 2 outdrive. The boat reaches speeds up to 38 knots and cruises efficiently at 30 knots.
The interior was completely refreshed with new electrical systems and a new vacuflush head with holding tank. The boat is outfitted with trim tabs for improved handling and features a teak swim platform. An 8-foot beam provides good cabin volume for weekend cruising.
This boat was used exclusively in freshwater and kept under cover when not in use. It comes with a trailer and is ready to launch.
