1981 Chris-Craft Commander

This 31-foot Chris-Craft Commander is a fiberglass convertible built for serious offshore work. The hull is strong and was previously operated as a charter boat, designed to handle demanding conditions. Power comes from twin 454 Mercruiser engines; the previous owner had them rebuilt, though one currently requires a pushrod replacement due to bending.

The boat features a full flybridge enclosure in good condition and an upper observation platform for sightlines underway. New fuel tanks and transmissions have been installed. An Airmar transducer is fitted for navigation and fish finding. Everything else operates as expected.

The hull carries current Coast Guard certification for 50-mile offshore operation. New fuel tanks and fresh transmissions support reliable cruising. One engine needs minor attention to the pushrod, but the boat is otherwise ready for use.
