1981 Glasply 28 Long Cabin

This 1981 Glasply 28 is a fiberglass cruiser built for Pacific Northwest waters. Twin Volvo Penta diesel engines with vee drives produce 300 horsepower and deliver easy maneuverability. The boat cruises at 18 knots and is noted for fuel efficiency relative to its performance. The long cabin layout provides comfortable accommodation for extended cruising.

Recent work includes replacement of both turbochargers within the past year, a new vacuflush toilet and holding tank, and custom-fabricated window replacement to address leaks in the original frames. In October 2025, the boat was hauled out for fresh bottom paint, new zincs, and replacement shaft packing seals. The hull was kept under cover from new until 2023, limiting exposure to the elements.
